Cotswold Spring Brewery uses pure Cotswold Spring Water and speciality Munich Malts to produce some mighty fine ales.

They produce quality, single hop and specialist modern beers as part of the Severn Brewing family. Their first beers use a range of new, English and New Zealand hop varieties to showcase the amazing versatility and variation of flavours available from Citrus to Mango, Passionfruit to Spice.

Look forward to ales such as Godiva, Mystic, Rakau and Wai-iti through the month.
