We first met with Unity Brew House when their brewer was here as part of our Brewster’s Evening back in September. We were dead impressed and couldn’t wait to feature their beers as a Brewer of the Month.
The vast majority of the hops that Unity use are grown and processed just a few metres away from where the brewery is located, on Stocks Farm in Worcestershire. As the brewery is situated in an old chicken shed, all the beers are named after breeds of chickens!
Sebright Golden Ale will be our Ale of the Month at just £3, a 3.8% straw coloured ale, with fruity hop aromas that will appeal to both lager and ale drinkers. Look forward to more of their ales throughout the month including Pekin Pale and Frizzle IPA.
